A new art installation is in the works at Maides Park

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Maides Park’s basketball courts are turning into a canvas, and your voice is part of the game plan.

The City of Wilmington is partnering with local artist Kalin Devone to create a new mural to reflect the culture of Wilmington.

The partnership is asking which colors to use, what themes to represent, and what would you not like to see in the mural.
