Sheriff’s office responds to a multi-vehicle crash involving school bus in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The New Hanover County Sheriff’s Office responded to a multi-vehicle crash that involved a school bus Monday morning.

According to the sheriff’s office, deputies responded to a crash in the 800 block of North College Road near Wilmington Christian Academy around 9:15 a.m.

Deputies say that a grey Toyota Camry hit a white Chrysler 200 from behind, pushing it into the back of a stationary school bus. Emergency Medical Services immediately responded to the scene and evaluated all students and vehicle occupants.

No injuries were reported.
