Leland man arrested on multiple child sex charges

PENDER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — The Pender County Sheriff’s Office has arrested a Leland man for alleged sex crimes.

The sheriff’s office says Timothy Ross, 47, was arrested Tuesday, September 23rd.

He’s charged with 4 counts of first-degree sexual exploitation of a minor and 20 counts of second-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.

He’s also charged with aiding and abetting underage possession of alcohol.

He’s being being held under a $5,000,000 secured bond.
