Shallotte Mayor Walter Eccard projected to finish in second
SHALLOTTE, NC (WWAY) — In the Town of Shallotte, incumbent Walter Eccard was running for his 4th term as mayor against Art Dornfeld.
With 100% of the votes being in, it looks like Art Dornfeld leads with 57% over incumbent Walter Eccard who currently has 43%.
Dornfeld had 331 votes whereas Eccard only had 249.
