BCC announces admissions pathway with Western Carolina University

BOLIVIA, NC (WWAY) — Brunswick Community College announced a new guaranteed admissions pathway with Western Carolina University called WCU Connect.

The program is open to students at any point in their community college journey that are looking to further their education and obtain a bachelor’s degree.

WCU Connect is non-binding, allowing students to keep their options open while benefiting from early advising, university resources, and a direct connection to the university as they complete their associates degree.

Using this pathway, students will receive guidance on selecting courses, gain access to WCU student support services/tools, build relationships with university advisors before transferring, and enjoy a clear streamlines process to admission after meeting program requirements.
