Time of celebration as Wilmington Wedding Expo gathers soon to be newlyweds

Wilmington, NC (WWAY)– Held at the Aloft Coastline Center, the expo was the ultimate one-stop shop for all things bridal. The expo gave all sorts of options for the upcoming brides like rings, dresses, food, and music.

Randi Polon, the lead bridal stylist for Camile’s of Wilmington, says she was excited to be a part of the expo.

“It’s wonderful, because this is a way to expose brides to all the different options they have. Now in bridal, what has changed in the 10-15 years, is that bride and grooms are very much involved in the planning, not just attending it. They have a lot to say what’s going to be worn, what colors, and the entire vibe for what they want their special day to be like”, said Polon

The Wilmington Wedding Expo lasted from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., where hundreds of couples took part.
