Molly Pitcher’s American Grill hosts its sixth annual Thanksgiving celebration

Wilmington, NC (WWAY)– A local Wilmington restaurant hosted a free thanksgiving meal on Thursday. Molly Pitcher’s American grill, on Wrightsville Avenue, hosted its 6th annual thanksgiving celebration. They invited anyone who was alone without family and friends on Thanksgiving, to come enjoy a buffet lunch.

Owner Chris Graham expresses why he’s in the giving spirit.

“Where we are in this world, sometimes it seems we aren’t coming together. This is a chance to get people together from whatever background, and whoever they are. Coming together and breaking bread is a very important thing”, said Graham.
