Bladen County Sheriff’s Office issues silver alert

BLADEN COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — Bladen County Sheriff’s Office is asking for the community to help look for a woman.

A silver alert has been issued for Sharon Elkins on Friday who was last seen wearing a blue sweatshirt with unknown color pants.

Elkins was last seen driving a 2019 burgundy Hyundai Elantra (CHH6408) and believed to been headed toward Tarheel when she left home.

If you see Elkins, you are asked to call 911 immediately.
