CFCC announces leadership workshop series

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Cape Fear Community College is offering a three-part professional development series designed to help leaders build the skills needed for success.

“From Skilled Expert to Effective Leader,” will be held from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m. on February 11th, March 11th, and April 8th at CFCC’s downtown campus.

The course is $750 and pre-registration is required and can be done online.

The series directly supports new and emerging leaders by providing tools they can use immediately to improve communication, reduce rework, strengthen trust, and motivate teams.

The workshop focuses on practical, easy-to-apply strategies using clear language and real-world scenarios.

The series is taught in partnership with HW Consultants and designed for new and emerging frontline leaders, high-performing employees transitioning into people-leadership roles, and supervisors.
