ELIZABETHTOWN, NC (WWAY) — The Elizabethtown-White Lake Area Chamber of Commerce announced the recipients of the 2025 annual awards.

The 2025 Legacy Award will be presented to Chuck Heustess of Bladen’s Bloomin. The commerce says this award recognizes a person who supported the Chamber’s initiatives.

The 2025 Honorary Lifetime Achievement Award will be awarded to Ricky Leinwand of Leinwand’s of Elizabethtown. This award is given to someone who demonstrates long-term service to the Chamber.

The 2025 Duke Energy Citizenship and Service Award will be presented to Dennis Troy, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Bladen Community College. This award honors an individual who has demonstrated exceptional service to the community through sustained involvement in civic, business, and governmental initiatives.

The 2025 Outstanding Chamber Member Award will be presented to Harmony Hall. This award recognizes a Chamber member organization that has shown exceptional dedication, service, and leadership.

The 2025 Outstanding Small Businessperson Award will be presented to Dwayne and Mary Miller. This award recognizes Chamber members who demonstrate a strong commitment to the success of local businesses, the Chamber, and the broader community.

The awards will be presented on February 7, 2026, from 6:00-10:00 p.m. at Cape Fear Vineyard & Winery.
