CFCC looking for local veterans and military families for upcoming panel discussion

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Cape Fear Community College is hosting a panel discussion in celebration of America’s 250th birthday.
They’re looking for local veterans and military families willing to share their stories. Specifically, those who served or who have family who served during World War II, the Korean War, Vietnam War, and modern conflicts including Iraq and Afghanistan.
The panels intend to highlight personal experiences, service, and reflections across generations helping preserve history.
Anyone interested participating can reach out to the director of veteran services at CFCC, Jason Bocchino at jbocchino@cfcc.edu or call 910-362-7106.
