North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher closing for winter storm

FORT FISHER, NC (WWAY) — The North Carolina Aquarium at Fort Fisher is closing to the public this weekend as a winter storm threatens the Cape Fear.
The aquarium will be closed on January 31 and February 1.
An aquarium ride out team will be onsite to care for the animals.
