CAM Floating Lantern Ceremony postponed, museum closed
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Due to a winter storm threatening to drop snow in the Cape Fear, the Cameron Art Museum announced they’re closing for the weekend.
CAM and CAM Cafe will be closed both Saturday and Sunday.
The museum says they are also postponing their Floating Lantern Ceremony again.
The new date for the ceremony is February 22 from 3 to 7 p.m.
The event was supposed to take place on Saturday from noon to 5 p.m. mostly indoors due to the cold.
