WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) — The Extension Master Gardner Volunteer Association is thrilled to announce the return of their annual plant sale.

The event is scheduled to take place throughout April 16-19.

Whether you’re looking for stunning annuals, hardy perennials, aromatic herbs, or signature Japanese Maples, you’ll find high quality greenery suited for the coastal climate.

As well as the plant sale, there will be a free seed swap, educational opportunities, and a plant sale raffle.

Friends of the Arboretum members get to shop the sale one day early.

Some tips to have a successful day at the plant sale include bringing your own cart for a shorter wait time at the gate, carpool as parking can be limited, and to check out the plant list in advance.

Cash and check are preferred options of payment, while cards are also accepted.
