Brunswick County man charged with murder in Supply shooting

SUPPLY, NC (WWAY) — A Bolivia man has been charged with murder following a shooting in Supply on Thursday afternoon.

According to the Brunswick County Sheriff’s Office, deputies responded to a reported shooting around 1 p.m. on Cedar Grove Road.

Following an investigation, authorities charged Joshua Aaron Audlin, 31, of Bolivia, with the murder of Christopher Valkosak, 39.

Audlin is being processed into the Brunswick County Detention Facility.

The sheriff’s office said the case remains an active and ongoing investigation.
