Law enforcement is currently investigating a bomb threat made against West Columbus School
Columbus County, NC (WWAY) — The Columbus County Sheriffs Office is currently investigating a bomb threat made online against West Columbus School.
According to Columbus County Schools, Law enforcement is on scene conducting a thorough search of the building to ensure that there are no safety concerns.
The campus is closed as a result, and all traffic and buses will not run for West Columbus School until the school has been given the clear by law enforcement.
West Columbus School may have a delayed start time as a result of the incident.
The situation only affects West Columbus School and buses.
