Cape Fear Community College to host part-time career fair March 25

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Cape Fear Community College will host a part-time career fair later this month aimed at connecting job seekers with local employers.

The event is scheduled for Wednesday, March 25, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the L Building lobby on the college’s downtown campus at the corner of Second and Red Cross streets. The career fair is open to the public.

The event will bring together students, job seekers and community members with local employers offering part-time job opportunities. Many of the available positions will be in hospitality, restaurants and retail.

Attendees will have the opportunity to speak directly with local businesses and learn about current job openings. College officials say the career fair is especially helpful for people looking for flexible work that fits around class schedules or family commitments.
