Greenfield Lake Amphitheater presents Band of Horses and Dinosaur Jr. for summer concert

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) — Greenfield Lake Amphitheater is set to host Band of Horses and Dinosaur Jr. for a concert this summer.
The event is set to take place July 16. Greenfield Lake Amphitheater is located at 1941 Amphitheatre Drive.
Band of Horses is an American indie rock band, who has been performing for more than 20 years. The group was founded by Ben Bridwell, who has remained the consistent piece throughout lineup changes.
The groups biggest song is titled The Funeral, which was released on their 2006 album Everything All The Time. Everything All The Time was the groups first album released.
Dinosaur Jr. is an alternative rock band, formed in 1984. The band was founded by J Mascis, Lou Barlow, and Murph. Dinosaur Jr. is regarded as a highly influential group in the alternative rock genre.
Some of the groups most popular songs include Feel the Pain, and Start Choppin’. The band has released more than 15 albums under various record labels and distribution agencies.
Presale for the July show begins Wednesday, Mar.18, at 10 a.m. General sale begins Friday, Mar. 20, at 10 a.m.
