Archer scores twice as Hoggard beats Jacksonville 2-0

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) — Viking girls soccer prevailed at home Wednesday as Hoggard took down Jacksonville 2-0.

Brielle Archer did all of the scoring with tallies midway through each half. The Hoggard defense was hardly tested as their offense was constantly generating opportunities.

“I think it’s just saying that we have a really good offense,” Archer said. “We have some really good kids. I think this season’s going to be a good one for our offense. I think that we are one of the best offenses in the conference and we proved that tonight. We sure did.”
