Hicks scores twice, Laney beats New Hanover 3-0

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) — A battle of Carolina Coast girls soccer teams went the way of the visitors as Laney defeated New Hanover 3-0 on Wednesday.

Jasmine Hicks scored two goals for the Bucs, the first of which occurred around five minutes into the game. Maggie Millard netted the other tally.
