Brunswick Partnership for Housing to host 5th annual fundraiser in Southport

SOUTHPORT, NC (WWAY) — Brunswick Partnership for Housing will host its fifth annual fundraiser on Tuesday, May 19, at American Fish Company, bringing together food, live music, and community support for a local cause.

Doors open at 5 p.m., with live music from The Salty Dawgs scheduled from 6 to 8 p.m. The event will also feature food from The Frying Pan, along with door prizes, a raffle and more.

Tickets are $50, with proceeds directly benefiting BPH’s mission to support unsheltered individuals and families and promote affordable housing in Brunswick County.

Executive Director Sally Learned said the continued support from local partners has helped make the annual event a success. Over the past four years, the organization has served more than 1,000 people experiencing homelessness, working to provide stable housing through a trauma-informed approach.
