The Club at Midtown to host open houses ahead of September opening

WILMINGTON, N.C. (WWAY) — The Club at Midtown will host two open house events in August ahead of the private sports and social club’s planned September opening.

The events will be held from 2 to 5 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 1, and Saturday, Aug. 15. Guests will be able to tour the nearly completed facility, meet the club’s leadership team and learn about its membership options. Complimentary refreshments and light bites will be available.

The club’s planned amenities include indoor and outdoor racquet sports, golf simulators, fitness facilities, aquatics, dining and year-round social programming.

Attendees can also enter to win one of two 11SIX24 carbon fiber pickleball paddles.

People who purchase a membership during either open house will receive a $500 clubhouse credit and four complimentary guest passes to use after the club opens.

The club said its founding memberships have sold out, but a limited number of charter memberships remain available. Current charter pricing will remain in effect through Aug. 23, with rates increasing Aug. 24.

Because the club remains an active construction site, guests are asked to wear closed-toe shoes during the tour.
