WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Landfall Foundation is bringing its annual Art Show and Sale back to Wilmington next week, featuring work from more than 225 artists and a special preview event benefiting local nonprofits.

The 2026 Landfall Foundation Art Show and Sale will open to the public Tuesday, Aug. 25, following a First Look Fundraiser preview party on Monday, Aug. 24.

The First Look event will give guests the first opportunity to view and purchase artwork before the show opens to the public.

The fundraiser will also include complimentary wine and appetizers, a cash bar, raffles and a live abstract art collaboration.

The First Look Fundraiser will take place from 5 to 8 p.m. Monday, Aug. 24, at the Country Club of Landfall at 800 Sun Runner Place in Wilmington.

The art show will then be open to the public from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. Aug. 25-27.

Supporting local nonprofits

The Landfall Foundation uses proceeds from its annual fundraisers to support nonprofit organizations in Brunswick, New Hanover and Pender counties.

The independent, all-volunteer 501(c)(3) organization awards grants to nonprofits through a vetting process focused on projects and programs in health and welfare, education and the arts.

The foundation says its three major annual fundraisers — the Annual Gala, Holiday Marketplace and Art Show — provide the majority of the funding used for those grants.

To date, the organization has raised and contributed more than $9.4 million to Wilmington-area nonprofit organizations.

Organizers say tickets and additional information for the First Look Fundraiser are available through the Landfall Foundation.
