Holden Beach reopens showers, adjusts splash pad schedule under Stage 2 restrictions
HOLDEN BEACH, NC (WWAY) — Holden Beach is making some changes to its water restrictions as the area remains under Stage 2 water restrictions.
The town said, in consultation with Brunswick County, that showers at beach accesses reopened Wednesday morning.
The splash pad at Bridgeview Park will also be open on a limited schedule. It will be available Fridays from 10 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Town officials said they will continue monitoring water conditions and make additional changes if needed.
