Landfall Foundation Art Show raises more than $148,000 across three days
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — The Landfall Foundation’s 27th Annual Art Show & Sale raised more than $148,000 in artwork sales, with a portion of the proceeds supporting the foundation’s 2026 grant programs in the Wilmington area.
The event was held Aug. 25-27 at the Country Club of Landfall and featured more than 225 artists and 1,376 pieces of artwork.
The three-and-a-half-day show included paintings, photography, glass, wood, ceramics and multimedia pieces. Artwork was rotated throughout the event as pieces were sold.
In total, 354 pieces of art were sold for $148,120.
A portion of the proceeds will support the Landfall Foundation’s 2026 Wilmington-based grants programs, which provide funding to nonprofit organizations and schools serving Brunswick, New Hanover and Pender counties.
“Each year, the Landfall Foundation Art Show brings together the incredible talent of our local artists and the generosity of our community in a truly meaningful way,” said Denise Baer, president of the Landfall Foundation.
The Landfall Foundation is an independent 501(c)(3) organization that awards grants in the areas of health and welfare, education and the arts. Its three major annual fundraisers include the Annual Gala, Art Show and Sale, and Holiday Marketplace.
Since its founding, the foundation said it has raised and distributed more than $9.4 million to nonprofit organizations and schools in the Wilmington area.
