Missing Endangered Alert issued for 15-year-old Jacksonville girl

JACKSONVILLE, NC (WWAY) — The N.C. Center for Missing Persons issued a Missing Endangered Alert Tuesday for a 15-year-old girl last seen in Jacksonville.

Authorities are searching for Victoria Maria Sallie, who is believed to have a cognitive impairment.

Sallie was last seen at 109 Fox Cove Crossing and her direction of travel is unknown, according to the alert.

She is described as 5 feet, 5 inches tall and weighing about 130 pounds, with black hair and brown eyes. Authorities said her hair was styled in two braids pulled back into a ponytail.

Sallie was last seen wearing a red, black and gold head scarf, a red Winnie the Pooh sweatshirt and navy blue Christmas pajama pants. Authorities said she was barefoot.
