Coastal Horizons leader selected for national fellowship

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Coastal Horizons Assistant Director Tiffany Salter has been selected for ZERO TO THREE’s 2026-28 Fellowship Class.

Salter is one of 20 early childhood leaders selected from more than 300 applicants for the 18-month leadership development program.

Salter helps lead Coastal Horizons’ Child First program, which provides relationship-based care for infants, young children and their caregivers. She is trained in Child-Parent Psychotherapy and earned an IMH-E Clinical Mentor endorsement in 2025.

The ZERO TO THREE fellowship focuses on leadership development and improving programs, systems and policies affecting babies, toddlers and families. Fellows also develop a long-term “Vision for Change” as part of the program.
