Roger Waters Presents LEGACY – A Pink Floyd Show coming to Wilson Center in May
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Roger Waters is bringing a new Pink Floyd production to the Wilson Center in Wilmington in 2027.
“Roger Waters Presents LEGACY – A Pink Floyd Show” is scheduled for Sunday, May 2, 2027, at 6:30 p.m.
The live production was created under the direction of Waters and features a band led by his son, Harry Waters, a longtime touring musician, pianist and composer.
The more-than-two-hour show will feature music from across Pink Floyd’s catalog, focusing on songs from the band’s most influential era.
Harry Waters and drummer Graham Broad developed the set list together, with Waters describing the performance as an intentional arc through the music.
“We are going to authentically recreate the albums as close to note-for-note as we possibly can,” Harry Waters said.
Roger Waters said the production is designed to bring audiences together to experience the music live.
“Harry has assembled a terrific band, and I can’t wait for fans around the world to see the special show we’ve created together,” Waters said.
Tickets will be available online to Wilson Center Members beginning Wednesday, Sept. 30, at 10 a.m. General public tickets go on sale online and in person Friday, Oct. 2, at 10 a.m.
