WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Halloween may still be weeks away, but tickets for one of Wilmington’s holiday traditions are about to go on sale.

Airlie Gardens will begin its first member presale for the 2026 Enchanted Airlie season Wednesday, Oct. 14, at 9 a.m.

The first presale is available to Azalea, Magnolia and Camellia members. Family and Individual members will be able to reserve tickets beginning Wednesday, Oct. 21, at 9 a.m.

Tickets will go on sale to the general public Wednesday, Oct. 28, at 9 a.m.

Memberships must have been active by the required deadline to participate in the member presales.

Enchanted Airlie will run Nov. 27-28 and Dec. 1-21. Each evening will have four reservation periods, running from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m., 6:30 to 7:30 p.m., 7:30 to 8:30 p.m. and 8:30 to 9:30 p.m.

The self-guided experience features holiday lights and music throughout Airlie Gardens.

Tickets are sold by vehicle and must be purchased in advance. A standard carload ticket costs $35, while tickets for vans carrying up to 11 passengers cost $65. Taxes and service fees may apply.

Group tickets are also available by special reservation for vehicles carrying 12 or more passengers. Tickets cost $85 for nonprofit organizations and $125 for for-profit organizations, plus applicable taxes and fees.

All ticket options include on-site parking and admission for everyone in the vehicle. Walk-ins and bicycles are not permitted.

Airlie Gardens says dates and reservation times can sell out quickly. The gardens recommends purchasing tickets through its official ticket provider or in person at the Airlie Gardens Gift Shop.

Enchanted Airlie has been held since 2005 and serves as Airlie Gardens’ largest annual fundraiser. According to the gardens, proceeds help support projects at the property, including stormwater management efforts.
