Wilmington man charged with sexual exploitation of a minor
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — 52-year-old Jeffrey Scott Herman of Wilmington is being charged with multiple counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
According to court documents, Herman allegedly possessed material containing visual representation of minors engaging in sexual activity.
Herman faces the following charges:
- 9 felony counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor.
Herman is being held under a $250,000 secured bond.
His first court appearance is scheduled for November 19.
