Man arrested for indecent liberties with a child

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Following an investigation by Wilmington Police, U.S. Marshall Service arrested 50-year-old Wilmington resident James Gause.

Gause has been charged with statutory rape and indecent liberties with a child.

Gause is currently being held under a $1,000,000 secured bond and the investigation is ongoing.
