BCC employee charged with indecent liberties with a minor

BOLIVIA, NC (WWAY) — A Brunswick Community College employee no longer has a job after being accused of having an inappropriate relationship with a 16-year-old girl.

30-year-old college IT technician Josue Juarez was first suspended on Thursday, while campus police launched an investigation.

The 16-year-old attends Brunswick County Early College High School, which is on the college campus.

Juarez was arrested and charged with indecent liberties with a minor and sexual battery.
