Caregivers hiring event planned Thursday in Wilmington
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — NCWorks will host a hiring event Thursday for people interested in health care and caregiving positions in the Wilmington area.
The Caregivers Hiring Event will be held from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sept. 10 at Avid Health at Home, 1508 Military Cutoff Road, Suite 304, in Wilmington.
The event is being hosted by New Hanover NCWorks, the Cape Fear Workforce Development Board and Avid Health at Home.
Available career opportunities include registered nurses, licensed practical nurses, certified nursing assistants, personal care assistants and home care professionals.
Job seekers can apply for positions through the NCWorks website. The NCWorks Career Center also offers assistance with resumes, interview skills and information about career training.
