Carolina Beach man arrested for indecent exposure

CAROLINA BEACH, NC (WWAY) — A Carolina Beach man is accused of exposing his genitals to a 7-year-old child.

Raymond Floyd Hamm, 50, is charged with indecent exposure. The alleged crime happened late Saturday afternoon.

According to the arrest report, officers served Hamm with an arrest warrant yesterday at a home on Wilson Avenue.

Hamm was placed under a $50,000 bond.
