WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Cape Fear Community College is inviting the community to experience a range of musical talent during two upcoming student performances this spring.

The college’s music program will host the CFCC Music Student Recital on Thursday, April 30, at 11 a.m. in Union Station. The recital will feature individual student performances across a variety of genres, including classical, jazz, and contemporary music, offering a glimpse into the breadth of study within the program.

A second, larger performance will follow on Monday, May 4, at 7 p.m. at Wilson Center. The CFCC Hello Arts Ensemble Concert will showcase several of the college’s top ensembles, including the chorus, jazz ensemble, orchestra, and guitar ensemble.

Both events are free and open to the public, providing an opportunity for community members to support local student musicians and enjoy live performances in an accessible setting.

College officials say the concerts highlight the dedication and creativity of CFCC’s music students while celebrating the diversity of musical styles within the program.

More information about CFCC’s music offerings is available on the college’s website.
