CFCC to host part-time career fair with 30 local employers

Wilmington, NC (WWAY) — Cape Fear Community College will host a part-time career fair Wednesday, Aug. 26, bringing together job seekers and about 30 local employers.
The event will run from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the L Building lobby on CFCC’s downtown Wilmington campus at the corner of Second and Red Cross streets.
Employers are expected to recruit for part-time positions in hospitality, food service, retail, health care support and nonprofit organizations.
Participating employers include the CFCC Wilson Center, Wilmington Beaches, Avid Health at Home, Boys & Girls Club of Southeastern North Carolina, Chick-fil-A on Market Street, Drift Coffee, Easterseals, Forward March Management, The Shoals Club on Bald Head Island, Parking Management Company and the N.C. Department of Corrections.
Other employers include Onslow Memorial Hospital, Sabre Healthcare, The Charles Lea Center, the U.S. Marine Corps, White Birch Rental, YMCA of Southeastern North Carolina and Vida-Flo.
The career fair is open to CFCC students, alumni and members of the public.
