Chef Chris Lewnes with Fortuna Cucina Italiana previews a summer menu for Good Morning Carolina
Wilmington, NC (WWAY) — The Good Morning Carolina team got a taste of summer Wednesday as Fortuna Cucina Italiana showcased several dishes from its seasonal menu.
Executive Chef Chris Lewnes demonstrated the restaurant’s Sweet Corn Ravioli, featuring North Carolina blue crab, roasted tomato and lemon butter.
The restaurant also shared several menu items, including Ricotta Crostini, Burrata Di Puglia, Heirloom Tomato Panzanella and peach cobbler cheesecake.
Fortuna Cucina Italiana opened in May and serves dinner Monday through Saturday from 4:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. Reservations are available online.
