Coastal NC home sales perk up

WILMINGTON, NC (TRIANGLE BUSINESS JOURNAL) – Wilmington area home sales – those in New Hanover, Pender and northern Brunswick counties, totaled 4,540 in 2010 compared to 4,361 in 2009 – reports the Triangle Business Journal.

That’s a modest but notable increase and good news for home owners and investors in coastal properties.
