WILMINGTON, NC — (StarNewsOnline.com) — Project HEAL, a nonprofit organization that funds scholarships for eating disorder treatment, is hosting a screening of the documentary "Someday Melissa."

"Someday Melissa" was created by Judy Avrin, Danna Markson and director Jeffrey Cobelli after Avrin's daughter, Melissa, died from a heart attack following a five-year battle with an eating disorder. It was inspired by Melissa's journal writings.

The goal is to show the film and provide educational materials and a forum to share stories of recovery and hope.
