DOT holding meeting on Military Cutoff and Eastwood Road proposed project
WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A traffic study in 2013 revealed approximately 63,000 cars traveled through the Military Cutoff and Eastwood Road intersection in Wilmington. That’s why the NC Department of Transportation is looking at improving this intersection to ease traffic congestion.
The DOT is holding a public meeting this afternoon starting at 4 p.m.
The meeting will take place at the New Hanover County Northeast Regional Library in the Oleander Room. The meeting ends at 7:00 p.m.
You can attend the meeting anytime because there will not be a formal presentation. Instead, DOT representatives will be there to provide information and answer questions about the proposed project.
