Driver suffering medical emergency runs into building in Wilmington

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — A driver suffering from a medical emergency accidentally ran into a building in Wilmington Tuesday afternoon, police say.

Wilmington police say it happened at a NHRMC building on Medical Center Drive.

No major damage or injuries were reported, according to police.

They could not provide an update on the driver’s condition.
