Hennis seeking new court-martial

Timothy Hennis could return to a Fort Bragg courtroom next month.
Lawyers for the 52-year-old Hennis, who was convicted of three murders earlier this year, have asked a military judge to grant a new court-martial.
The motion was one of two made by Hennis’ lawyers since his conviction in April, according to a Fort Bragg spokeswoman.
The other motion seeks to compel the prosecutors to provide any new information about the case they may have received.
