Hospice plans $3.1M expansion

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — Lower Cape Fear Hospice and Life Care Center has announced plans for a $3.1 million expansion.

Hospice officials plan to add a six-room wing to its existing 12-bed facility. They say the addition will meet the agency’s vision to serve everyone touched by a life-limiting illness and to serve the growing needs of the area.

In addition to the expansion, plans call for a complete renovation of the existing care center.
