Island of Lights Tour of Homes back at Pleasure Island

The Island of Lights has become a holiday tradition on Pleasure Island. But last year, part of that tradition was missing. The Tour of Homes is back this year though.

Last year only two families signed up for the tour forcing organizers to cancel it. This year, though, organizers said folks signed up early. There are eight homes and one church on the tour ready to show off their holiday décor.

“Some get real extravagant. Some are simple. You’re going to see everything from a beach décor to something up north; so you got all kinds of different people,” said Tour of Homes chair James Allen.

The Tour of Homes is Saturday from 4 to 9 p.m. Tickets are $10 and are available at Linda’s Fashions in Carolina Beach. You also have a chance to win a pair Friday on Good Morning Carolina.
