Laney Real Estate purchases Burroughs & Chapin

One local real estate agency just got a little bigger.

Laney Real Estate has purchased Burroughs & Chapin Realty, Inc’s North Carolina Prudential real estate offices and assumed management of them on February 24, 2009. The following offices were included in the sale: Ocean Isle Beach, Southport, Wilmington, Carolina Beach, Wrightsville Beach and NC New Homes.

The company is now called Prudential Laney Real Estate.

All former Burroughs & Chapin employees will keep their jobs. Laney Real Estate has been in business since 1978.
