North Carolina’s Williams battling vertigo

CHAPEL HILL (AP) — North Carolina coach Roy Williams says he's battling a case of vertigo.

During a news conference Wednesday, Williams said he started feeling sick earlier this week. The 56-year-old coach spoke in a low voice during the 30-minute session, answering questions about his health and next year's team.

Williams says it's his first bout with vertigo in two years. Vertigo is a sensation of dizziness or tilting.
