Paint Your Way to the First Annual Handmade Heroes Fest 2026

(WWAY) — Close out the summer season with a trip to the Hademade Hero’s Festival. This brand-new event provided by Collectors Crusade United is a celebration fandom artwork created by local talent. All items are handmade by individual artists whether it’s self published independent comic artists or recreations of popular characters with personal flair. There will be unique handmade arts and crafts this is the event for all members of the fandom family! Come by and shop to get awesome art of your favorite comic book and anime characters. There will have a wide range of different artist and items.

There will be self published comic artists, fan arts and paintings, nerdy crafts, 3d prints, apparel, jewelry, and much more!

The event will take place the Saturday August 29th from 12pm-4pm at the Waterline Brewing Company.
The address is 721 Surry St Wilmington N.C. 28401. The admission is free for all attendees.
