Pet Pals: Meet Gracie!

NEW HANOVER COUNTY, NC (WWAY) — If you’re looking to open your heart and home to a four-legged friend, check out this week’s Pet Pal!

Meet Gracie. She is a 12-year-old domestic shorthair gray tabby cat. Her former owner died and now Gracie is looking for a new, loving home.

Shelter staff describes her as a lily. She is peaceful, gentle and laid back. Gracie would like to live in a quiet and calm house. She is already spayed and up to date on her shots.

To meet Gracie, head to New Hanover County Animal Services. County residents can adopt for $70. Adoption hours are Monday-Friday 11 a.m. to 3:45 p.m. and Saturday 8 a.m. to Noon. To see more pets available for adoption, click here.
