SBI makes an arrest for a 2023 Columbus County murder
COLUMBUS COUNTY, NC — The North Carolina State Bureau of Investigation arrested and charged Terrell Demond White with first-degree murder for the 2023 homicide of Tracey Lovell Taylor.
On July 21, 2023, deputies with the Columbus County Sheriff’s Office responded to 805 Cemetery Road in Riegelwood, where they found Taylor with multiple gunshot wounds.
Taylor was pronounced deceased.
White is being charged with one count of First Degree Murder
White was booked into the High Point Detention Center today and will have his first appearance Friday, October 30.
The investigation is ongoing.
