Show with locally-shot pilot debuts this fall on ABC & WWAY

WILMINGTON, NC (WWAY) — “One Tree Hill” is not the only locally-produced show that will be on TV this fall. ABC has picked up “Revenge,” which shot its pilot earlier this year in the Cape Fear, and you can watch it right here on WWAY. The network has slotted the show to air on Wednesdays at 10 p.m.

The CW picked up another show with a locally-shot pilot, the medical drama “Hart of Dixie” starring Rachel Bilson. No word on whether “Hart of Dixie” or “Revenge” will return to southeastern North Carolina to shoot.

Wealth, beauty and status define the people in this town, but one woman is willing to destroy everyone for the sake of revenge.

Emily Thorne (Emily Van Camp) is new to the Hamptons. She’s met some of her wealthy neighbors, has made a few new friends and seemingly blends into the town. But something is a little odd about a young girl living in a wealthy town all on her own, and the truth is that Emily isn’t exactly new to the neighborhood. In fact, this was once her old neighborhood, until something bad happened that ruined her family and their reputation.
